Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) the following information:

 

- a breakdown of the number of ballot entries for each home in Auckland in
the past 2 years and the number of people offered to buy the home through
Kiwi Build.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 28 March 2022, being 20 working days after the day
your request was received by Kāinga Ora-Homes and Communities in
accordance with section 15(1) of the Act.

 

If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of
an extension of that timeframe.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.
