Ian Leary directive isnt being followed

chris (papa} paroli made this Official Information request to Wellington City Council

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for chris (papa} paroli to read a recent response and update the status.

From: chris (papa} paroli

Dear Wellington City Council,
could i please have the reason why the wellington city council refuses to make the market operator at the Johnsonville school markets comply with the resource consent directives of commissioner Ian Leary.they continue to illegally use carparks that have been deemed unsafe ,they continue to advertise an 815 start on illegal and unconsented signs ,and no one has investigated abuse and threats levelled at me by staff that are not trained to operate safely cars on the road ,we were told they would be needing a traffic management plan to operate and all they have is a parking plan that the staff are operating illegally ive seen many instances of cars turning dangerously nearly hitting the staff that stand in the middle of the road ,this is an Official information act request ,not a lgoima request

Yours faithfully,

chris (papa} paroli
