Dear Auckland Transport,

Dear Auckland Transport. On the 22/09/2020 between 9:00-10:30am my car
Jeep - JAK132 , front drivers side was damaged. I was parked on the police
stations side at the end of the cul-de-sac.

My Vehicle was parked on Hargreaves Street, Ponsonby, near the police
station.

Would you have footage of this event?...

On 22/09/2020 you asked for CCTV footage. 
 
I'm sorry to hear of the incident. We reviewed our cameras and we do not
have any CCTV in that location. Therefore, this part of your request is
refused under section 17(e) of the LGOIMA, as the information does not
exist. 

 

We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.
