“I would like to know the ballot entry breakdown for the nine KiwiBuild
terraced homes by Mike Greer Homes for Cessna Place in Mangere.

 

How many people were in the draw for each individual terrace home that was
balloted?

 

AND if any, how many rejected the offer?”

 

And -

 

“Could you please provide information on any Kiwibuild homes contracted to
be built in Auckland, including the ones that have not yet been published
on Kiwibuild website.

 

Could you please also provide estimated construction start dates and/or
estimated construction completion dates for these developments where
known.”

 

You can expect to be notified of the decision on your requests by 11
August 2021, being 20 working days after the day on which the request was
received in accordance with section 15(1) of the Act. If an extension of
time is required to make a decision you will be notified prior to this
date in accordance with section 15A of the Act.
