Can I please get a copy of an policy's/procedures/manuals/rules etc of how a LGOIMA Request is handled by Auckland Transport?

Auckland Transport (AT) acknowledges receipt of your request for official
information dated 17 December 2021 about AT
policy's/procedures/manuals/rules etc on LGOIMA requests.
We hope to respond to your request as soon as possible, but not later than
7 February 2022. Please note, the three weeks between Christmas Day and 10
January the following year don’t count as working days, so your request
may take a bit longer than usual. If we aren’t able to respond to your
request by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
