Parking Tickets issued on March 26th around Eden Park

Hemant made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Auckland Transport should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Hemant

Dear Auckland Transport,

1) how long did it take Auckland transport to cancel all tickets around Eden Park due to the wrong date

2) Were the tickets issued by a person or an automated car
2)a) assuming it was a person, what evidence did they take to prove that the tickets were valid
2)b) assuming it was a person, what training will be out in place to stop tickets being issued in error in future?

Yours faithfully,

Hemant
