With reference to your request for information submitted to Auckland
Transport on the 13 November 2016 under the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), we regret that further time is
needed.

 

Therefore under Section 14(1)(b) of the LGOIMA, Auckland Transport is
extending the response time to 13 December 2016.  This is because further
internal consultation is required. 

 

You have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make
a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsmen about this extension.
