Dear New Zealand Police,

On May 13th I made the an OIA request for information regarding a
decision not to prosecute an offender for two serious assaults despite a
witness coming forward and formal complaints laid.  The request is at

"Jamahl Glassey" responded, stating that the reason for the decision not
to prosecute was that "the identity of THAT PERSON is not known."
 Glassey deliberately failed to specify WHICH person he is talking about
- the offender or the witness.  

He is lying, everyone knows who the offender is, and the identity of the
witness is known to the journalist who printed the 'story' in the
newspaper as well as the Police because the witness went to the Police
as well as the local paper.

Please read the request and the responses at the link above and then
respond to the request properly!  WHOSE identity is Glassey falsely
stating is unknown?

The offenders identity is RONALD CHARLES PEACOCK - a recidivist violent
offender - as you know PERFECTLY WELL!  The whole community believes
that he deliberately torched two houses as well!  As this front page
news report proves:

This is a FORMAL COMPLAINT regarding the refusal to prosecute and the
refusal to respond to the information request - there is clearly enough
evidence to prosecute according to the Solicitor General's guidelines
and the ongoing refusal to do so is BLATANT CORRUPTION!
