Dear BUS: Assurance,
The information requested from WCC was not constrained to 'consented' developments, nor to the 'planning' department's records i.e. 'planning process' means 'any' process, not merely City's planners )
Please reconsider this request for information.
Yours sincerely,
Richard Murcott

I can confirm there is one extra development when including
pre-application meetings in the last two years in the scope.
For context, resource consent applications will normally follow a
pre-application meeting within that time frame (usually much less).

Dear BUS: Assurance,
Hello Claudia
Please confirm that WCC is devoid of ANY information about this proposed development in Thorndon:
https://epa.govt.nz/fast-track-consentin...
i.e. that no record exists anywhere, either within any WCC team or held by any officer of the Council.
Similarly, please confirm that Council has no information whatsoever related to 48 Mulgrave St, Thorndon; the former site of Revera House.
Yours sincerely,
Richard Murcott

Thank you for your follow up email.
While we do have information on 55-61 Molesworth Street, this would not be considered a “potential development known to Wellington City Council” because our internal records on that site’s resource consent end at November 2020 and it was not “potential development” given that it was withdrawn from processing by the Consultant Planner. The resource consent being processed by WCC was withdrawn in November 2020 and relodged with the EPA using another consent processing pathway with the EPA itself.
For 48 Mulgrave Street, we do not have any resource consent applications lodged within the last five years, nor do we have any lodged pre-application meetings held within the last two years. We do have some pre-application meetings for this site which go back further than two years, these were excluded on the basis that resource consent applications will normally follow a pre-application meeting within a two year time frame (usually much less).
Ngâ mihi
