Dear Wellington City Council,
What internal information and advice has been provided to the Bike Team regarding construction sites (or other major works) in Thorndon, and timings/conflicts (potential or otherwise) of all these forward works.
In a context of health and safety, and matters of traffic management, and the like;
Please provide
(1)
- all related internal advice,
- in whatever form/channel/nature that advice has been provided (oral, email, report, etc),
- to the Transitional Cycleway Team (Bike team)
- by any WCC individual, or any WCC teams, or any other parts of WCC, including originating from any contractor/consultants to WCC
- in respect to the timing of significant building and construction work in Thorndon.
(2)
Similarly, what internal advice, of the same or similar nature as (1) above, has been provided to
- the Executive Leadership Team, either individually or as a group, and
- the Chief Executive of WCC
concerning the timing of significant building and construction works in Thorndon, while also planning to implement significant street layout changes for the Thorndon Connections project i.e. install protected cycleways.

The Association initially requested this information on 22 April, 2023.
On 25 May there was hope conveyed by WCC that it would provide the Association with a response by 1 June, if not sooner.
And, WCC advised it has only 'partially granted' the Association's request for information.
1) Please supply all the information requested.
2) Please define what 'partially granted' means i.e. define, name, or reveal what documents or pieces of information have not been 'granted', and why.
