Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) to the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) on 16 February 2022. You
asked for:

For these two advisory groups: 1) COVID-19 Technical Advisory Group 2)
COVID-19 Vaccine Technical Advisory Group

I would like to request copies of
1) All meeting minutes
2) All reports or advice they have produced and submitted to any minister
dated since the beginning of November 2021.

The Ministry sincerely apologises for the delay in processing your OIA
response. While the Ministry continues to work on your request, the
Ministry is releasing CV-TAG memos and meeting minutes from November 2021.
These documents are enclosed with this email as Appendix 1 and 2. Please
note some information has been withheld under 9(2)(k) of the Act, to
prevent the disclosure or use of official information for improper gain or
advantage. I have considered the countervailing public interest in release
in making this decision and consider that it does not outweigh the need to
withhold at this time. The Ministry continues to process the remaining
parts of your request and will provide you with a decision in due course.

review any decisions made on your request. The Ombudsman may be contacted
