-          estimated construction completion dates for Ormiston Rise 176
Kiwi build homes.

 

We will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible and in
any event no later than 6 October 2021, being 20 working days after the
day your request was received by Kāinga Ora-Homes and Communities in
accordance with section 15(1) of the Act.

 

If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of
an extension of that timeframe.

 

We may also contact you if further clarification or refinement of your
request is required to enable a decision to be made.

As per Ministry of Housing Hon Dr Megan Woods in parliament on
12-05-2021(Question 12) She said the first stage 176 kiwi build homes will
be delivered on Quarter 4 from October to December 2021. Are these homes
on track of completion by December 2021.
