An email from 15 May 2021 is circulating in the public domain that appears to be from Krukziener Properties.
The email indicates that the lobby group Save Queen Street and/or Krukziener Properties has negotiated directly with Auckland Council concerning the issue of the planned upgrades to Queen Street, Auckland.
Please provide any and all details of such "negotiations" with the Save Queen Street lobby group and/or Krukziener Properties and/or any other party related to such non-public discussions/negotiations, including but not limited to:
(a) The parties in attendance, including personnel, officers or representatives from Auckland Council
(b) Details, notes or material discussed
(c) Resultant undertakings and/or actions provided and/or promised
(d) Any other material relating to this contact/"negotiation"
