Apologies for the delay in responding to your OIA request received on 17 March for information relating to Board meeting minutes for 2019 and 2020. Unfortunately we have not been able to meet the time limit and therefore advise you that we need to extend the response time by an additional five working days after today, bringing the response timeframe to Monday, 31 April.

It has taken us longer than anticipated to review the documentation and consult with external parties.
