Dear Porirua City Council,

Hello Moana Wyatt

My request for information relates to specific aspects of the Council's
processing of the Plimmerton Farm plan change - PC18, and more
particularly a submission made by Ms R Smith opposing the plan change, as
well as my evidence as a qualified planner given to the hearing in support
of Ms Smith's submission.

It appears as though all matters relating to the hearing and its lead-up
were 'managed' by the hearing Panel.

I provided a memorandum to the hearing Panel dated 29 August 2020, in
which I sought a 'dispensation' from the 30-page limit for evidence
imposed by the Panel in its Minute #1.

In its response (via PCC's hearing administrator) dated 2 September 2020
the Panel (partially) conceded to this request, and included this comment:
"We understand that Ms Smith is your partner."

My request relates to this background and is as follows: - in relation to
the email I received from PCC dated 2 September 2020, please provide me
with the following;
- a copy of all correspondence received to, and from, PCC; and,
- a copy of all correspondence received to, and from, the Panel.
