Dear Porirua City Council,

I expect PCC has collated information about the costs of processing Plan
Change 18 and what costs have been recovered from Plimmerton Development
Limited and/or expected to be recovered. I expect this information would
comprise:
- a record of the Council's initial budget;
- a record of the Council's approved budget;
- a record of the Council's expectations about recovery of costs from
Plimmerton Development Ltd (PDL);
- a record of the costs actually incurred by the Council;
- a record of the costs able to be recovered from PDL; and
- a record of the costs actually recovered from PDL.

Under the LGOIMA the information I request this information,and in
sufficient detail so separate line items are identified.
