CCTV footsage - Car Accident at 267 Karangahape Rd

Jacob Bowie made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

The request was successful.

From: Jacob Bowie

Dear Auckland Transport,

Am I able to obtain footage at 267 Karangahape Rd before the intersection at Pitt St and Mercury Ln at 7:05pm 8/7/2020?

At that time a bus had scraped me causing my steering rod to break. It was not able to get any insurance information nor get the number plate due to shock over what had happened and that the bus continued it's route straight ahead from that intersection.

The footage is specifically looking to see the number plate of the bus so that I can get in touch with driver or bus company to sort this incident out.

Yours faithfully,

Jacob Bowie

Dear AT Official Information (AT),

Thank you very much!
Just want to check that the CCTV footage does not get wiped or deleted before you get a chance to recover it? It is the only evidence I will be able to obtain.

Yours sincerely,

Jacob Bowie
