Central Development is not held by the Ministry and I have transferred
this part your request to Ōtākaro Ltd as the Crown entity that holds the
information. In these circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the
OIA to transfer your request.

 

You will shortly hear from the Ministry of Housing and Urban development
regarding the Awatea, Welles Street and Colombo Street developments and
Ōtākaro Ltd about the One Central development.
