Dear New Zealand Police,
I am requesting the following information under the Official Information
Act 1982:
All material on file relating to a complaint made by Carmen Gregory to the
NZ Police. This includes all material submitted to IPCA Ref 18-1952.
Should any documentation not have this reference number, any documentation
needs to be included that relates to A R Henry - Constable X153 as this
person is at the centre of this complaint.
Please note, responses to be received electronically please via fyi.org
A reminder that by law you must accept this request as requests can be
made in any form.
This request is valid, I reside in NZ and am within my rights to ask for

I have been assigned to action your OIA request and just wanted to clarify
whether you are asking for the information that Carmen submitted to the
IPCA  or if you are asking for the information that Police have supplied
to the Authority.

 

I am currently working night shifts  but on the weekend I will be working
more social hours  and would be able to call you during day light hours to
discuss your request and ensure that I work on clarifying your request so
that we get it right.
