T. Benseman made this Official Information request to Department of Conservation

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for T. Benseman to read a recent response and update the status.

From: T. Benseman

Dear Department of Conservation,

What is the penalty for killing Koura or native freshwater crayfish with a toxin?. Has DOC ever prosecuted anyone or any company for poisoning them? As an example with Cypermethrin, 1080 or Talon?

Thanks,

T. Benseman
