Dear Department of Conservation,
re the Raukumara and surrounding areas - please name the individuals, hapu, iwi, companies and or trusts that have given consent to poison the water supplies and land of said areas. Name the individuals, hapu, iwi, companies and or trusts that have not yet given consent for poisoning. Also please indicate whether or not the parties being consulted above have been shown both the 1080 manufacturers (USA and NZ based) MSDS for the toxin which specifically states not to contaminate any water supply and in the case of the USA manufacturers where it states animals killed by the toxins are to be buried at least one half mile from any human habitation and water supply and preferably on land owned by the poisoner. If no person or entity has yet consented, please indicate when they will be asked to do so and whether or not both the MSDS will be discussed in their entirety prior to requesting consent to poison water supplies and land.
