Hello A Taylor,
Thank you for your patience with regard to the below request for copies of correspondence concerning the Turnbull Street/Thorndon School Land Exchange.
I am pleased to be able to inform you that the Council is granting your request for the information it holds in the four categories specified. However, I am waiting on confirmation that I have all of the relevant information and am not able to provide it to you just at this stage. I will provide it to you as soon as I am able to do so.
For this to take place, I will require one of two things from you: either a postal address for me to be able to send you an USB stick containing the correspondence (as it is too great in size to provide by email); or your commitment to come to the Council offices to collect the USB device in person. If you could advise me of your preference, that would be appreciated - obviously, to keep your address from appearing on the FYI website, I would recommend emailing me directly to the address on this email.
Kind regards
Chris

Dear Chris
Thank you for your interim reply. As it sounds like there is a great deal of information about this land exchange, could you please post, on this site, a list of the documents you will be releasing, including for each the subject heading/ title, the date (most recent for email strings), and any grounds for withholding information that may apply to that document.
Also, there was no email visible in your message and the link below it says it is for a public reply. Could you please provide the council's general email address for requests?
Yours sincerely,
A Taylor

Dear Chris
Further to my message of 14 Feb, regarding the Land Exchange in Turnbull Street, I would like the USB stick containing the information I requested sent to the Thorndon Residents Association. I have been in contact with them and they have agreed that I can use their address to receive the information. This will prevent my address from being made public on this site.
Please send it to:
A Taylor
c/ The Deputy Chair
Thorndon Residents Association Inc
PO Box 12587

Please let me know when it is sent and I would still like the list of documents that are being released to be uploaded to the FYI site as I requested.
Yours faithfully,
A Taylor

Hello A Taylor,
My apologies for the delay in this response. I have been confirming the communication between the Council and the MOE, and I have now put the usb stick in the post to the address you supplied.
With regard to your request for a list of the documents, I have had to provide you with screenshots of the lists as they appear in the file structure. Please note that the naming of the communication has been retained as it was set during saving by the officers concerned. It is separated into the four requested sections - WCC & MOE; WCC & Councillor Pannett; WCC Internal; and WCC & Thorndon School.
Please contact me if you have any further questions.
Kind regards
Chris
