I would like to request all notes on the road sweeping carried out on the protected cycle lane on Victoria St between Vivian St and Abel Smith St in the past year. Note that this request is to do with the protected cycle lane, not to do with the road next to the protected cycle lane.
In addition, I would like to request the number of complaints about the lack of sweeping of this section of cycle lane in the past year.

You responded to the wrong requests for your last two messages, but I made annotations on the correct one. In regards to your message today (and the original request), there are a couple of things in response to your reply.
1. The complaint #5 is unrelated to this request. I'm unsure why it was included. Is there meant to be another complaint in that place?
2. Given the mistake mentioned in point 1, is it possible that there are other missed complaints?
3. You mention that the cycle way is also swept "on request", but didn't list any requests to the contractors. Were the only requests the ones listed in complaints 1-4?
Can you please clarify these points so that this request can be fulfilled.

I have provided all the complaints referring to the Victoria Street cycleway within the last year.

Sorry to bother you again, I just noticed that the job request for Confirm 1 (2747147) only had the status of "Request logged", but no indication of the contractor ever being contacted or a sweep done of that area apart from the regular sweeping. Can you confirm that the contractors were not contacted and no sweep happened in response to that request.
For clarity, as the service job didn't include the full email sent by myself on 13 Dec 2018, I've included it below which includes the text "back to its normal cluttered self" which was not included on the service job.
> Just chasing up on 2726090. It appears to be back to its normal cluttered self. I've mentioned several times it is most likely due to the sweeper pushing all the rubble into the bike lane. I've been told that it gets hand swept regularly. When was the last time this was done? How often is it done?

Morning Hugh,
In reference to confirm job 2747147 the status of the job was 'Requested Logged' when I pulled this data in December.
The status of the job is now closed as the contractor called you on the 7 January 2019 to answer the request. Any open confirm job can change status at any given time.
From the notes in that particular job 2747147 there was no request for cycle lane to be swept therefore it will not show any action in the notes.
Confirm job 2726090 is the request for action regarding sweeping of the cycleway which the work was completed on 7 October 2018.
Can you confirm that you were contacted on the 7 January 2019 to ask your question asked in confirm job 2747147?

Dear Ana Nicholls,
I can confirm I did *not* receive a call on the 7th January. Also it is a bit strange that the new job filed did not include the original email's sentence of "It appears to be back to its normal cluttered self.", which would have warranted a new request for it to be swept.
I think this is getting a bit beyond the scope of the original request, and am happy if you just email me about the mismatch of the job 2747147 and how the contractor believed it to be finished and who the contractor actually called if they indeed called anyone.
