Hi Zane

I was on leave when you sent through this request. As my out of office indicated, I advised anyone contacting me to send any requests through to [email address]

However, I've checked with Operational Improvement and they've advised they have not received a further email from you. Also I note you've made other requests of Official Correspondence and they didn't get a follow up email either.
