The Ministry of Justice has received your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 11 May 2018.

Specifically you have requested a downloadable link PDF or CD for the below sections [of the Family Jurisdiction Knowledge Base] with all contents in each section:

 Care of children
 CYPF
 Family proceedings
 Domestic Violence
 Specialist Services
 General procedures
 System steps
 Tools

Your request, as currently framed, will be require substantial collation. There is a large volume of documents in each section of the Knowledge Base and each must be individually retrieved from an online database. Unless your request is amended, we may have to refuse it under section 18(f) of the OIA.

Please let us know before 23 May 2018 whether you are prepared to amend or clarify your request and, if so, how. Narrowing your request to one section of the Knowledge Base or to a particular key word may enable the Ministry to address your request.

Please note, if you do amend or clarify your request, this will be considered to be a new request for the purpose of calculating the maximum statutory timeframe for response.
