I would like to requested the critiera that needs to be meet for a
Claimants case to be transfered from a local branch;l to;
1). RIS unit
2). Remote Claims Unit
3). Wellington Central Branch.
Because of the nature of your request, ACC is treating it as a request for
information under the Official Information Act 1982.
ACC is working on your request and will be in touch with you as soon as
possible, and certainly by 17 January 2019. Please note, this complies
with the 20 working days timeframe allowed for under the Act, which
excludes the period 25 December to 15 January.
