Dear Mr Ewing-Jarvie

 

Please find attached the other Government agency presentations from the
Air Surveillance Complementary Capability workshop held on 30 October.
 Some information in these presentations is withheld under section
9(2)(f)(iv) as it remains under Cabinet consideration and section 6(a) as
the release of the information could prejudice the security or defence of
New Zealand.

 

On reviewing the company presentations, the decision was taken to withhold
these under section 9(2)(b)(ii) of the Official Information Act as the
release of this information would be likely unreasonably to prejudice the
commercial position of the person who supplied or who is the subject of
the information.

 

Under section 28(3) of the Official Information Act you have the right to
request the Ombudsman to investigate and review this response.
