Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
I am writing to request the provision of the following official information in relation to the Corporation's use of Auckland-based private investigation firm Thompson and Clark for investigative purposes.
Request 1)
Please confirm how many individual contract/s have been annually (1 July through 30 June) awarded to Auckland-based private investigation firm Thompson and Clark by the Accident Compensation Corporation for investigative purposes for the years ending for each consecutive year between the period 1 July 1999 and 30 June 2008.
Request 2)
If Auckland-based private investigation firm Thompson and Clark held a master contract with ACC through any of the years referred to in Request 1) above for investigative purposes please confirm on an annual basis the number of actual individual jobs invoiced by Thompson and Clark to ACC for each consecutive year between the period 1 July 1999 and 30 June 2008.

Please confirm the total amount paid/remitted annually (1 July through 30 June) by the Accident Compensation Corporation to Auckland-based private investigation firm Thompson and Clark for investigative purposes for the years ending for each consecutive year between the period 1 July 1999 and 30 June 2008.

Please confirm how many individual contract/s have been annually (1 July through 30 June) awarded by the Accident Compensation Corporation to Auckland-based private investigation firm Thompson and Clark for investigative purposes for the years ending for each consecutive year between the period 1 July 2008 and present.
Request 5)
If Auckland-based private investigation firm Thompson and Clark held a master contract with ACC for investigative purposes through any of the years referred to in Request 4) above, please confirm on an annual basis the number of actual individual jobs invoiced by Thompson and Clark to ACC for each consecutive year between the period 1 July 2008 and present.
