Request for information on Closed Bus Stop "Centennial Highway at Glover Street"

Dear Wellington Regional Council,

I noticed that Bus Stop 3254 - "Centennial Highway at Glover Street" has a notice saying:
"This stop is CLOSED until further notice due to safety issues. The nearest stop is 3256 Ngauranga, Hutt Road - next to motorway. We apologise for this inconvenience and are working with WCC on a solution as soon as possible. Metlink.org.nz"

As a regular bus user on this route and a PT advocate I am interested in understanding why Metlink has closed this bus stop .

1) Can I also please have a copy of any and all accident and/or safety incident reports that are associated with the closure of this bus stop ?

2) Can I please have a copy of any and all reports and/or correspondence on the "safety issues" that lead to and/or recommended that this bus stop be closed ?

3) Can I please have a copy of any and all reports on the recommended changes that are required to address the safety issues at this bus stop ?
