Dear Department of Conservation,
Regarding the RMS Niagra, please provide internal departmental reports, papers and presentations and submissions to Minister for Conservation; including advice, reports, presentations and recommendations. Either the previous Minister Maggie Barry or new Minister Eugenie Sage; on the threat it poses, options for remedial action, any plan for resolving the situation, costs and risks, recommendations for action or inaction and consideration on time frames and analysis on the potential economic and social impact of leaving it where it is or recovering the oil or other possible responses.
