requesting CCTV footage near the entrance of the Hobsonville Point Ferry
Terminal on 24 November 2017.

 

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre have reviewed our cameras and
advised that unfortunately, we do not hold any footage relating to the
attempted theft of your motorcycle near the Ferry Terminal entrance on the
above date and time. Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e)
of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987
(LGOIMA), as the footage requested does not exist. 

 

We regret that we are unable to assist you further at this time. Should
you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your request, you
have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make a
complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation and
review of the decision.
