Thank you for contacting Auckland Transport on 28 December 2017 requesting
CCTV footage at the corner of New North Rd and Central Road on 15
November, between the times of 7.40pm to 8pm and 9.30pm to 10.15pm.

 

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre have reviewed our cameras and
advised that we do not hold any footage dating back to November 2017,
unfortunately by the date of your request all footage had already been
overwritten. Your request is therefore refused under section 17(e) of the
Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), as
the footage requested does not exist. 

 

We regret that we are unable to assist you further at this time. Should
you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your request, you
have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the Local Government
Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) to make a complaint
to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an investigation and review of
the decision.
