footage at about 233 Great South Road, Greenlane relating to an incident
involving your motorcycle on 14 December 2017 at approximately 1644 – 1655
hours.

 

The Auckland Transport Operations Centre has reviewed our cameras and
confirmed the footage relating to your request is available and has now
been saved. However, Auckland Transport does not supply CCTV footage
directly to members of the public due to reasons of privacy. Available
footage of a specific incident or alleged crime will only be released to
the New Zealand Police, upon receipt of a request from them.

 

Please advise the New Zealand Police about the available footage and to
contact the writer directly quoting reference number CAS-671561-V0Q0X1, to
arrange pick-up of the relevant footage.

 

Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your
request, you have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA
to make a complaint to the [1]Office of the Ombudsman to seek an
investigation and review of the decision.
