Dear New Zealand Police,
This is an Official Information Request under the Official Information Act. I am resident in New Zealand.
Please will you supply information on all road traffic accidents in Crawford Road, Kilbirnie, Wellington, over the last 10 years, with their circumstances (eg adverse road conditions (due to weather, roadworks etc), intoxication of any party, driver error...).
In particular:
1) Those involving injury to cyclists
2) Those involving injury to pedestrians (including those between cyclist and pedestrian where no vehicle was involved)
3) Accidents (with or without injury) where vehicles have breached the centre line or central reservation, the pavement or the fence at the side of the road (particularly the area above Tully Street).

I have set the status to 'does not have the information', although I think NZ Police probably must do - it is just that they have recommended that the data is better (more easily?) obtained from Land Transport and the request has been referred on accordingly. There is no option to update status to say that the request has been passed onto another authority.
