I refer to your request of 18 November in which you asked for:

 

Please will you supply information on all road traffic accidents in
Crawford Road, Kilbirnie, Wellington, over the last 10 years, with their
circumstances (eg adverse road conditions (due to weather, roadworks etc),
intoxication of any party, driver error...).

 

In particular:

1.     Those involving injury to cyclists

2.     Those involving injury to pedestrians (including those between
cyclist and pedestrian where no vehicle was involved)

3.     Accidents (with or without injury) where vehicles have breached the
centre line or central reservation, the pavement or the fence at the side
of the road (particularly the area above Tully Street).

 

Police considers that the information you requested is more closely
connected to the functions or activities of the New Zealand Transport
Agency (NZTA).  Accordingly, Police has transferred your request to NZTA
pursuant to section 14(b)(ii) of the Official Information Act 1982.

 

NZTA will respond directly to you.
