parents and/or the community in relation to regarding use of the school
bus service provided by the Mahurangi Transport Network, between 1^st July

We will provide information relating to communication between the school
and parents and/or the community in relation to regarding use of the

to prepare and review the information for release. We will send you the
information by Friday 15^th December 2017.

Official information request for Information provided to the school
community about use of the school bus.

I refer to your official information request dated 8 November 2017 to
provide a copy of all communication to parents and/or the rest of the
school community regarding use of the school bus service provided by the
Mahurangi Transport Network, between January 1st 2016 and November 8th,
2017.

The information you have requested is enclosed. The Board of Trustees
considered your request in the context of addressing more than one parent
or family. Correspondence between the school and an individual parent or
family has been withheld under section 9(2)a of the Official Information
Act as these communications deal with natural persons and there is a
reasonable expectation of privacy involved in these communications. As
such the Board of Trustees does not feel the public interest is served by
releasing this information.
