I have been contacted by the Principal of Ahuroa School complaining that your use of the bus is not 
authorised as you are outside of our bus zone. 
 
To that end we will need to make formal application to the bus group.  
 
You may have filled out one of these forms on arrival at the school but can I ask you to update that 
by filling out the form again and providing me with a short letter explaining why you would like to 
use the bus. 
 
Good reasons are long term relationships with the school, previous generations or other family 
attending the school, organisational and logistic type reasons, school culture and features. 
 
Once this has been authorised I will be expected to charge you $100.00 per child per term for the 
use of the bus. 
 
I apologise for this but my hand is being forced to put this formal process into place.
