Feedback provided and consideration of proposed Alberton Avenue bus stop

Dear Auckland Council,

Feedback was recently requested from residents of Alberton Avenue, Mt Albert in relation to a proposed bus stop outside numbers 67 downwards on Alberton Avenue.

We hereby request:

1. Copies of all feedback received in relation to the proposed bus stop.
2. Copies of all reports (including surveys, engineering, planning, traffic etc), studies and other material requested by Auckland Council and/or Auckland Transport in relation to the proposed bus stop.
3. Copies of all discussion papers and other materials produced by Auckland Council and/or Auckland Transport during the course of:
(a) putting the proposal together;
(b) collating feedback;
(c) considering feedback and any other reports and/or studies; and
(d) determining the outcome of the proposal.

If there are any issues with the provision of the above information, please do not hesitate to contact the writer.

With reference to your request for further information submitted to
Auckland Council on 4 April 2016 and subsequently transferred to Auckland
Transport on 5 April 2016 under the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), we regret to advise that further time is
required.

 

Therefore under Section 14(1)(a) of the LGOIMA, Auckland Transport is
extending the response time to 16 May 2016.  This is because collation is
taking longer than anticipated and internal consultation is required prior
to the release of the requested information. 

 

You have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make
a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsmen about this extension.
