Dear Wellington Regional Council,

I recently made a request to the GWRC about the posponement of the Review of the Transport Rates (https://fyi.org.nz/request/6714-request-...).

One of the provided documents was a memo titled "Public Transport Funding Review" dated 16 December 2016 (FILE NUMBER TRPL-14-51). This document includes the following statement:

"A full scoping document is available here" (the "here" is underlined and has a URL link that does not work).

Can I please have a copy of the "full scoping document" referred to in the above memo ?

If this information is held in electronic form, I would prefer it was provided in its complete and original electronic format.

Finally, can you please acknowledge your receipt of this information request.

On November 23, 2017 I requested a copy of the "full scoping document" referred to in the memo "Public Transport Funding Review" dated 16 December 2016 (FILE NUMBER TRPL-14-51). Refer: https://fyi.org.nz/request/6864-request-....

The GWRC response was due by the 21st December 2017 but was not provided to FYI. Can you please confirm when the substantive response will be provided ?

Hi Mr Randle

 

Attached is a copy of the scoping document for the public transport
funding review referred to in the document filed as TRPL-14-51 and
provided to you in our response to your request for information dated 17
October 2017.

 

Please note that the scoping document was not endorsed by GWRC’s Executive
Leadership Team (ELT). Therefore, the information contained in the
attached document needs to be read in context with subsequent decisions
made after the document was presented to the ELT meeting on 16 December
2017.

Dear Helen Plant,

Thank you for providing the document. However, the copy provided appears to be corrupt. I have tried to open it using three different methods and all report it is corrupt.

Can the GWRC please advise the version of MS word used to create this document and/or provide a readable MS word version of this document ?
