Dear Bruce,

 

Thank you for your email, received on 31 July 2017. You requested the
following information, under the Local Government Official Information and
Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA):

 

“costs of catering for the board meetings for Linwood-Central-Heathcote
(run at Smith Street). Please supply costs for the previous 5 years.”

 

Release of information

Please find attached the catering costs for meetings of this Community
Board from October 2016 to July 2017. As this Community Board only came
into existence in October 2016 following the Representation Review, there
is no data to supply before this date.

 

Please note that some Community Board meetings are held over dinnertime,
therefore a more substantial catering level is required. Regarding the
“receipted purchases” lines in the attached table, these relate to
catering costs such as napkins, milk etc that are not supplied directly by
the caterers.

 

You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to investigate and review our
decision. Complaints can be sent by email to
