I Would like to know the cost of organising this years 5th November 2015 New Brighton fireworks display?

Please do not limit your response to the cost of the actual
fireworks. Please also include costs of logistics, security,
temporary facilities and planning.

I would also like to know how many Christchurch City Council staff were involved in the planning phase.

as we don't contract out. Based on hours worked x notional rate per hour -

There were two City Council event coordinators involved in the planning
phase for this event.
