I am writing to request further, detailed information regarding entrance way statistics used in the consultation document "Heathcote Expressway — Puari ki Kahukura".
Page 10 of the consultation document references entranceway movements on Ferry Road between Fitzgerald Ave and Wilson Rd, summarized in paragraph 5 and in the graph.
Can you please provide the following information regarding these surveys:
-Who carried out these surveys.
-The method of data collection.
-If similar surveys have been conducted on alternate routes (page 6 of the consultation document)
Please also release the full survey reports used in this analysis and graph.

Note:
During a review of the parking survey spreadsheets by Council's consultant
a couple of minor formula errors were found and these errors had flowed
through to the final table shown in the Consultation Document.
Corrected tables are shown below where it is demonstrated that Route C is
still the best route.
