(3) between Mayor Phil Goff and Councilor Penny Hulse:

Thank you for your request for information about correspondence containing
the name Margaret Devlin in the body of the text exchanged between
February 2017 and June 2017 in exchanges between Mayor Phil Goff and both
Councillors Penny Hulse and Linda Cooper.  
  
I have attached an information sheet on our processes and requirements
under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987
(LGOIMA). We will respond to your request within 20 working days of
receipt of your request.
 
Please be advised that we have received a number of official information
requests made by you through FYI.org.nz since 11 June 2017. We have
responded to six of them and a further three are currently in progress.
These requests do incur a cost to council in staff time and resources. If
it would be helpful I am happy to discuss any further information you
require from us to avoid repeated LGOIMA requests. Please note that in
order to consider whether requests involve substantial collation or
research under section 17(f) we are able to treat as a single request two
or more requests from the same person that relate to similar subject
matters and are received in short succession.
