Dear Auckland Council,

 

I would like to receive the minutes of a meeting held in March 2017
between Mayor Phil Goff, Councillors Penny Hulse and Linda Cooper, Chair
of the Waitakere Ranges Board Greg Presland, Raveen Jaduram and Margaret
Devlin on the subject of Oratia. The meeting was an emergency meeting
convened by Mr Goff.

 

i already have 2 written accounts of this meeting from people present but
I'd very much like to see the official minutes. If there are no minutes of
such a meeting I'd be interested to know why that was.
