Dear Auckland Council,
I would like to receive the minutes of a meeting held between Mayor Phil Goff, Councillors Penny Hulse and Linda Cooper, Greg Presland of the Waitakere Ranges Local Board and the Chair of the Board of Watercare, Margaret Devlin. The meeting was held on Tuesday 7 March 2017.

My apologies for the delay in responding to this LGOIMA request – for some
reason we did not receive a copy of your request by email and I have only
seen it now on the FYI.org.nz website.
I refer to my response to your other LGOIMA request, by email at 11.19am
today - neither Auckland Council nor Watercare hold any minutes, as it was
a briefing / discussion rather than a formal meeting.
