Dear Callaghan Innovation,

I would like to understand the following:

1) Why is Callaghan Innovation offering Better by Lean and Innovation IP programs when similar programs are widely available in the New Zealand market?

[This means you are actively competing with the private sector for no apparent reason and crowding out New Zealand businesses.]

2) How much money has been invested in Better By Lean and Innovation IP in the 2015, 2016 and 2017? What business did benefit? Please provide the list of beneficiaries.

3) What are the returns on these investments?
