My IOA request dated 8 June 2017, respectfully requesting your assistance to be advised of the name and contact details of the current ACC Legal Services Manager under urgency, appears to have gone unanswered.

I therefore respectfully request that this information which is readily held by ACC, and has possibly changed within the past couple of months, is made available to me per the terms requested in my IA request of 6 June 2017, without further delay to me supported by the reasons outlined in my original OIA request dated 8 June 2017.
