Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

This afternoon I called the ACC 0800101996 number and requested the name of the Manager of the ACC Legal Services team for the purposes of forwarding correspondence of a legal nature for their attention and response.

I understand that my telephone request complies with my rights under the Official Information Act 1982 to have had been provided with ACC's legal services manager's name so that I can direct my legal correspondence to the most appropriate person who will be able to provide me with the Corporation's legal position on a legal matter that has consequences for both ACC and myself in terms of the validity of ACC's submission which I contest are voided by ACC processing review submissions under the incorrect claim number.

I therefore respectfully request under the Official Information Act to be provided with the name of the current Manager of the ACC legal services team under urgency by the end of business close on 14th November 2016 so that I can address my correspondence to the appropriate person for their consideration and legal response.

It would be appreciated if you could return this OIA information to my email address being [email address].

I refer to my OIA request of 19 November 2016, and can confirm that I have been provided with the Manager of the the ACC Legal Services Teams details, and would appreciate your advice should there have been a change in Management of the Legal Services Team in the past 60 days.

If there has not been a change it would be appreciated if you co and Michael Mercier still heads ACC Legal Services Team, then I will not require any further action to be taken upon this request.
