It would be appreciated if you would supply me a copy of ACC's-
1. Current Clinical Services Operational Guidelines (DOC 985K) - ACC
2. The equivalent of ACC's Clinical Services Operational Guidelines that were in effect as at 24 November 2014.
Subject to section 12 subsection (3) of the Official Information Act 1982 I respectfully request that this official information is provided to me under urgency within the next five working days, being by the end of business close on the 22nd February 2017 for the following reasons;-
1. the information is required for review and appeal purposes,
2. the information is a standard held ACC guideline, and or previously held standard guideline which can be sourced on the internet but remained locked when I attempted to open the document, and therefore is readily available and accessiable to Government Services.
Under s16(2) of the Official Information Act, my preferred way of receiving a response is by email to the address from which ACC received the original request, not by post".

2. The equivalent of ACC's Clinical Services Operational Guidelines that
were in effect as at 24 November 2014”.
Please find attached a copy of the current Clinical Services Operational
Guidelines, dated July 2016. This is the same document as on the acc.co.nz
website, which you were unable to open. We apologise for this and we are
looking into the reason why the document on the website will not open.
Also attached is a copy of the Clinical Services Operational Guidelines,
dated August 2011. This version of the guidelines was current as at 24
November 2014, as the guidelines were not updated again until July 2015.
For completeness, a copy of the July 2015 Clinical Services Operational
Guidelines is also attached.
