Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Health should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Ministry of Health,
I would like a copy of any reports from inspections of Weleda premises or OSH reports related to Weleda. My assumption is that inspections would have been carried out by Medsafe.
I am a New Zealand resident, and therefore can confirm that I am permitted to make OIA requests.

Requests made to the Ministry of Health cannot be received from FYI at the moment:
"Ministry of Health cannot be requested through FYI.org.nz at this time. This is due to their use of a spam blacklisting service which persistently blocks our email by mistake. You can email your request to Ministry of Health directly at oiagr@moh.govt.nz."
Unfortunately, though this request would normally be due in only a few days, it seems likely that the Ministry of Health has not received it. I'd recommend sending them this request at the email above.
