Dear Mr Johnston

I refer to your request of 16 January 2017 for information about cannabis
operations.

 

As indicated below, the attached reply was sent to you on 4 April 2017 but
was inadvertently sent to an incorrect FYI address.  

 

The error was not detected at the time and has been picked up now as a
result of your complaint.

 

I regret and apologise for the delays and confusion that have occurred
